With the bar still in your hands, tell it what you did. Maestro logs the set, starts the rest and stays with you. Away from the gym it builds the routine, schedules it on the calendar and adds any missing exercises to your library.

It never signs for you.
Deleting a routine, discarding a session or rebuilding a whole plan: before any change that can’t be undone, Maestro stops and asks you. The model cannot give itself permission.
04 / Keep
What is yours stays in your iCloud.
Your workouts don’t move house. Maestro only sees what each request needs, and only after you allow it.

The conversation lives in your device’s memory. Our proxy counts credits and doesn’t store what you write or your workouts.
