1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using TraceIron you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, you should not use the app.

TraceIron is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under 13. If you are a minor under the laws of your country of residence, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use it.

2. Licence to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use TraceIron on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Usage Rules.

You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app or any part of its code.

3. Subscriptions and one-time purchases

TraceIron offers a Premium subscription (monthly or annual, the latter with a 7-day free trial) and a one-time Lifetime purchase, plus individual visual themes (Toxic, Founder) as one-time purchases.

The price, duration, and exact terms of each plan are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase, and are always managed through StoreKit 2 / the App Store.

4. Renewal and cancellation

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

The annual plan's free trial converts automatically into a paid subscription at the end of the trial, unless cancelled beforehand.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your Apple device.

5. Shared content

You are solely responsible for the content you choose to share (routine and exercise names, and any associated notes). By sharing, you acknowledge that content becomes accessible via a public link to anyone who receives it.

You must not share content that infringes on the rights of others, contains sensitive information about another person, or is offensive, unlawful, or misleading.

6. Health disclaimer

TraceIron is a workout tracking tool, not a medical service or a substitute for professional health advice.

Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition. 1RM estimates and Ghost Mode projections are informational and do not replace supervision by a qualified professional.

You use the app and the information it provides at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of liability

TraceIron is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or injuries resulting from use of the app or the information it contains.

Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

8. Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, without prejudice to any rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
